Our newly built modern flat invites you to relax at the end of a private road on the edge of the forest. Here fox and hare say good night to each other, yet we are only a few minutes by car from the centre of Innsbruck. If required, the advertised guest room with bathroom can be booked when the room is not occupied. This is accessible via an uncovered path of 5 metres and can accommodate groups of up to 8 people. Up to 4 parking spaces are available in front of your separate entrance door. The flat is equipped with high-quality furniture, you cook on a Bora hob and shower in a palm shower cubicle. The automatic ventilation system allows you to enjoy the fresh forest air throughout the flat. The building is made of solid wood. Heating is provided by an air-heat pump. All rooms have electric shutters. A washing machine is available in your bathroom. A raclette and a fondue ensure some fun evenings with your friends. You gain access via an access code that opens the motorised entrance door. We are available by phone, chat, app, email or in person. We live at the end of a private road on a hillside surrounded by forest. A grocery shop and a bakery are within 10 minutes walking distance. Doctors, pharmacy also about 10 minutes in the centre of the village. We have restaurants and cafés in the village. Personally, we like to walk from the front door to the surrounding mountain pastures, some of which are also open in winter. A 15-minute walk away is a great forest playground where you can spend the whole day. You can start your hikes directly from the house and take a trip to the Rumer Alm, for example. We love walking with our children to the great forest playground and the Enzianhütte. Ambitious hikers can explore the rustic Rumer Alm. In winter, you can go tobogganing or ice skating, and you can also visit the swimming pool in O-Dorf, which is well worth a visit. The outdoor facilities will be completed in spring 2024 - we can currently offer a covered seating area under the balcony.
